Greetings brothers and sisters in Christ. What a great opportunity it is for me to share about the work of Christ and my involvement in it with you all. I count it a joy to be able to be called your coworker. This past month has truly been a blessing from God. God has taken me to places that I never thought I would ever go in my life. Not only that but He has led me to meet other faithful servants of His in different parts of the world. As some of you may know, I was able to visit the Andrew ...

"You have stayed long enough at this mountain" -Deut 1:6-8

When it was time for the Israelites to leave the comfort of Mount Horeb, God told them to leave and possess the land that was promised to them. Before they left, Moses reminded them of what they needed to do once God gave the land to them. They were to be faithful to God, influence their neighbors, and not get possessed by them. Last week on July 24th, IBISR had our 2015 graduation. A total of 11 students finished a rigorous 3 y...

"Adversity brings forth Opportunity and reveals Maturityl"

The wisdom that we attain through trials and suffering in our lives is such a wonderful blessing from God (Jas 1:2-3)! As we mature in our walk with God, we learn to see and adjust to adversity for the better. We trust that God is involved and that he is trying to grow us to be mature children of His. Whether it be losing your current job or the government unexpectantly demolishing your property unjustly just to spit...

"Too Professional"

I am humbled by the experiences that I've encountered thus far in my work for Christ. I appreciate the help and encouragement from my brethren, but most importantly, I am thankful for the support from the Word of God! As I think of IBISR and what we are currently doing, I cant help but be proud of it! Not because we are a top notch professional Bible school in the brotherhood, but quite the opposite. It is in our weaknesses that God's strength is shown (2 ...

Happy Thanksgiving to my brothers and sisters around the world! Hope you enjoy your time with your family and reflect upon the source of all good things, God, (James 1:17) and give Him the thanks that He deserve on a daily basis! The church here in Siem Reap has a lot to be thankful for in this month. First and foremost, we want to thank God for adding Sopheak and Virak to His kingdom, giving them new life and saving them from their sins. We also want to thank the University church of Christ ...
